Description:
The URB-2A2 sled drilling rig is designed for drilling geophysical and structurally exploratory wells for oil and gas, exploration of solid mineral deposits, building materials and groundwater, engineering and geological surveys, drilling of water and blast holes. Drilling is carried out in a rotational way with flushing or purging the well or augers.
Overview:

The installation is mounted on the Amur-531300, Ural, KamAZ, MTLB chassis and is driven by a car engine.

A hydraulic rotator moving around the mast is used during drilling, building up a drilling tool without interruption from the face and, together with a hydraulic hoist, performs the work of lowering (raising) the tool and feeding it during drilling. The rotator moves along the mast with the help of a hydraulic cylinder and a tackle system.

The rig control is fully hydroficated and concentrated on the driller console. On the panel there are control devices and regulators of the face force, feed and lift speeds, as well as the spindle speed of the rotator.
