The installation consists of the following main units: mounting and transport base, power take-off box, winch and rotor drive transmission, cargo winch, inclined telescopic two-section mast, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, electrical system, as well as control system.
According to the combination of characteristics and completeness, the installation of UBP - 100 fully complies with the requirements of clauses 4.5.1, 4.5.2, 4.5.3 of the “Safety Rules in the Oil and Gas Industry” PB 08-624-03 of 05.06.2003.
The unit allows the following operations:
- movement on roads of all categories;
- assembly and disassembly of the unit at the well;
- installation and dismantling of downhole equipment;
- hoisting operations with sucker rods, tubing and drill pipe;
- mechanized screwing and unscrewing of tubing string and drill pipes;
- setting up cement bridges in wells through the derrick manifold;
- drilling sand plugs and cement bridges with a rotor or downhole motor;
- fishing and other types of work to eliminate accidents;
- drilling with a rotor or a downhole motor;
- kickoff and drilling of second wellbores;
- flushing wells through the tower manifold;
- well development after completion of drilling operations
